*Customer can cancel or return or refund his/her order with the following terms & conditions.
*Purchase Order (PO) will be cancelled or returned or refunded only for valid reasons.
If customer received order different than described in course description, We allow 100% refund, plus bare return shipping cost at Our end.
If We could not help you to run JTC Software under valid Laptop Configurations with all efforts, then We allow 100% refund, plus bare return shipping cost at our level.
For any reason than above, customer wants to cancel or return the order, then following terms & conditions will be applied
If order is not dispatched within (7) Seven working days from date of purchase (PO), then Total amount 100% will be refunded. Refund initiation time will be 4 to 5 days.
For example – (Purchase Value, Rs. 5,000) – (Cancellation Charges, Rs. 0) = (Refunded Value, Rs. 5000)
In all other cases no refund will be process.
*Refund will be initiated after receiving return shipment from the customer.
*This policy is only applicable for Accounts Classes and for other course read policy in detail before buying other teacher classes
